YOU WILL NEED
I use 4-medium weight yarn.. You will need one skein of each color or just use scraps that you have around. Some parts I use two strands of yarn on the hook at the same time, requiring a 5mm hook. When using a single strand of yarn I used a 3.75mm hook.
Brown and white 4 medium weight yarn
US 5mm and 3.75mm crochet hook
A hot glue gun and glue sticks
Felt for backing (optional)
4 medium weight yarn – I recommend using I Love This Cotton from Hobby Lobby in Antique Gold and White
A piece of felt and some twine or string.

The stitches/ skills you will need to know and KEY:

Weave ends and finish off.

How to make a French knot: Make a knot at one end of the strand of yarn and place the needle on the other end.Insert the needle from the back of the work to the front, wrap the yarn around the needle twice, insert the needle right next to the spot that it is being pulled up from the door and carefully pull through to the back.

Use white yarn and a tapestry needle to sew in extra designs and snow fall at the bottom of the house. To make the snow balls I made french knots.
