Crochet Pattern
The Flower:
With brown on a 5mm hook make a magic circle
Round 1: Work 6 sc into ring – 6 sts. Do not join, continue in a spiral.
Round 2: (2 sc) in each st —12 sts
Round 3: [(2 sc) in next sc, sc in next sc]— 18 sts
Finish off and weave ends.
The Petals:
Using the 5mm hook and the yellow yarn, attach to any stitch from the center with a slip stitch.
All within the same stitch: *chain 3, 1 tr, chain 3, sl st in the 3rd chain from the hook, 1 tr, chain 3, sl st into the same stitch, skip the next stitch from the center and slip stitch into next stitch from the center.*
Repeat from * – * until you have 9 petals total.
Finish off and weave ends.
The Stem
With green chain 30 (or however long you want the stem.) Sc in the second chain from the hook then sc across. (29 sc)
Leaves
With green and a 5mm crochet hook, chain 8, sl st in the second chain from the hook, going across the rest of the chain, sc, hdc, dc, dc, tc, tc, make 5 tc in the last chain and no work up the other side of the chain, tc, tc, dc, dc, hdc, sc, sl st in the last stitch. Finish off and weave ends. Make as many as you want! I made four.
Assembly
Using the picture as a guide, glue all the pieces to felt and then cut the bouquet out of the felt. You can attach cord to the back to make into a hanging decoration, you can place it in a frame, on a tote bag and so much more!
