One of my favorite Christmas time patterns this year was the Jeep and Bug cars holding a Christmas tree. I decided to add some spring/summer time flare to the original pattern. All I did was turn the bug pink and put a surfboard on top of the jeep.

Pattern for the surfboard

With a 5mm hook and 4-medium weight yarn, chain 14

Sl st in the second chain from the hook, sc in the next 12 chains, sl st in the last chain. Finish off and weave ends.

Attach the fin color to stitch 9 from the previous step. Chain up 4.

Sl st in the second chain from the hook, sc in the next, dc in the next. Sl st into the next stitch on the board. Finish off and weave ends.

Attach the board to the keep with hot glue.
