YOU WILL NEED

  • 1 skein of London Kaye LKYC in Snowflake

  • 1 skein of London Kaye LKYC in Chain Link

  • M13 – 9.00mm crochet hook

  • Hot glue gun & hot glue sticks

The stitches/ skills you will need to know and KEY:

  • Chain (ch)

  • Slip Stitch (sl st)

  • Single crochet (sc)

  • Triple crochet (tr)

  • Increase (inc)

  • Weave ends and finish off.

Final Measurements:

10 1/2 inches tall, 7 inches wide.

Fits on a 12×12 inch tote bag or on the back of a denim jacket.

CROCHET PATTERN

The Diamond:

Foundation: With white and 9mm hook, chain 2, 2 sc in the second chain from the hook. Chain 1 and turn.

Row 1: 2 sc in each stitch – 4 sc

Row 2: 1 sc in each stitch – 4 sc

Row 3: 2 sc in first stitch, 1 sc in the next 2 stitches, 2 sc in the last stitch – 6 sc

Row 4: 1 sc in each stitch – 6 sc

Row 5: 2 sc in the first stitch, 1 sc in the next 4 stitches, 2 sc in the last stitch – 8sc

Row 6: 1 sc in each stitch – 8 sc

Row 7: sl st, sc, chain 1, tr in the next 4 stitches, chain 1, sc, sl st. Finish off and weave ends.

With Chain link attach to the corner of row 6. Single crochet along the edge going to the bottom corner. 7 sc along one side, (sc chain 1 sc) in the bottom point. 7 Sc along the other side.  Finish off and weave ends

The Ring: Using Chain Link

Chain 35: sc in the second chain from the hook, sc in the next 3 sts, increase by making 2 sc in the next stitch. Repeat ( 4 sc and 1 increase) all the way across. 

Finish off and weave ends.

Once you have finished you can either sew or hot glue your ring to your desired surface.
